The Beyond 2010 business support programme is delivered by Essex County Council and funded by the European Social Fund and East of England Development Agency. The programme operates in all six counties of the East of England (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk).
Beyond 2010 offer businesses in the East of England funding and support for training opportunities that focus on improving business performance and will have an immediate impact upon the performance of the said organisation.
Training can provide a way for businesses to push into a new area of work, improve employee skills or make current activity more effective. It can be used to address a wide range of business needs from management skills to computer design techniques to give that all important competitive edge.

Beyond 2010 sector specialists will work with you to select a training programme that can best address the challenges facing your business.
Significantly reduce the cost and reap the benefits
Beyond 2010 can provide up to 70% of the external cost of training for SME'S (Small to Medium sized Enterprises) and up to 50% for larger organisations. All training must be aimed at providing an immediate impact upon the performance of the business. However mandatory and legally required training cannot be supported by the programme.
