HEC East of England Business Development Survey

The purpose of this survey is to generate a better understanding of the East of England's advanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities and technological infrastructure within the renewable energy/oil and gas market. This knowledge will then form the basis for mapping out cluster strategies for a host of business support initiatives and innovation projects (see, for example, EWEG: http://www.eweg.co.uk/).

4 years and £7.6M in the making, the Hethel Engineering Centre (HEC), in partnership with OPITO - The Oil & Gas Academy, is dedicated to supporting the growth and success of high performance engineering and manufacturing companies and individuals throughout East Anglia.

This survey is intended to be completed by the CEO or a senior executive of the company. We recognise that your time is valuable and, therefore, encourage you to provide approximate answers where applicable. We also request a copy of your company brochure, as all information would be useful for increasing our understanding of individual business needs.

Data provided will be used for the express purpose of mapping the oil and gas/renewable energy clusters in East Anglia as well as other relevant broad industry dynamics. Moreover, information will be collected through a secure connection and will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
